June Futia, Vice President of Real Estate
Finance, functions in the dual roles of structuring and securing financing
for all portfolio properties and new development projects as well as
selling and acquiring properties to realign the portfolio. In her
capacity, she develops relationships and works closely with bankers, other
lenders and brokers throughout the country.
June has an extensive
finance background that includes an MBA and prior work experience with GE
Capital. She has served in her current capacity with Cedarwood Development
for over 10 years.
