As a Vice President of Site
Acquisitions/Major Tenant Leasing, Dave
Ferron specializes in site selection, site acquisition and leasing
for both large power centers and freestanding big-box, build-to-suit
retail.
A graduate of Northeastern University, Dave has real estate
and mortgage broker licenses and has held a number of executive positions
with large retail chains, such as CVS, Blockbuster and the Melville
Corporation. He has held positions as partner and director of two other
retail development companies.
Dave has selected, acquired,
marketed, developed, leased, brokered and sold various regional, fashion,
power & community shopping centers and free-standing, build-to-suit
retail developments in more than 30 states.
