Anthony N. Petrarca, President & CEO of
Tri-C Construction Company, is responsible for the overall management and
direction of the company. As part of this function, Anthony coordinates
and directs all construction in the United States and Puerto Rico through
Tri-C's corporate office in Akron, Ohio, and regional offices in Houston
and Ft. Lauderdale. He manages projects, budgets and employees and is
responsible for profit and loss accountability, new business development
and long-range forecasting.
Anthony works with retailers,
architects and project developers to manage commercial and program
construction work for Borders Books, CVS Pharmacies, Wal-Mart, Jared
Jewelry Stores, Best Buy and many other clients. The CVS Pharmacy program
alone consists of more than one hundred new, freestanding retail stores
nationwide. Tri-C is recognized by CVS as one of their top general
contractors. Anthony is also responsible for numerous hotel and shopping
center projects and many other retail and office building
projects.
Since 1990, Anthony has worked as a progressive
construction manager, doing planning, budgeting, permitting, design, bid
negotiations, construction and close-out of construction. His experience
also includes real estate development.
A graduate of the Ohio State
University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Anthony is
licensed as a general contractor in many states across the country.
